It is one of the food safety standards recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative, whose the main purpose is to strengthen and promote food safety throughout the supply chain. After the first success in 2010, every year Bonifanti has added new acknowledgement to the Great Taste Award as proof and guarantee of the absolute and constant quality of its products. In 2024, the final edition of the award, with blind tastings conducted among over 10,000 different products, the Pear and Chocolate Panettone received a gold star. |
